  1. Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days. However, processing times may vary during peak seasons, holidays, due to stock availability or other unforeseen circumstances. If your order is urgent, please call to confirm stock availability. While we strive to keep our website's stock information accurate, occasional technical or staffing issues may cause discrepancies.
  2. Shipping Methods: We offer various shipping options. Furthermore, pickup from our Dandenong (Victoria Australia 3175) warehouse. The estimated delivery time varies depending on stock availability, peek seasons, and may be affect by circumstances beyond our control. However, shipping is typically 1-2 business days for metro Melbourne and 3-5 business days for other regions.
  3. Shipping Fees: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, chosen shipping method, and the size, quantity, and weight of the item(s). Many of our items are large, which may result in higher freight costs compared to standard shipping rates.
  4. International / Shipping: Kimberley Shop does not provide international delivery. If delivery is unavailable, and you are located within Australia3 (Victoria, New South Wales, Northern Territory, South Australia, Western Australia, Queensland & Tasmania), please contact us so we may assist4.
  5. Delivery Delays2: While we strive for timely delivery, unforeseen circumstances such as weather, carrier delays, peak periods or events beyond our control may affect delivery times. If you do not receive your order within the delivery timeframe as stated afore, then please contact us. If an order is urgent, please call prior to ordering so we may assist.
  6. Tracking: You should receive a tracking notification within 24 hours of dispatch. This will be from one of our nominated carriers. Do not click on any links where you may be unsure of the authenticity. Kimberley Shop does not and cannot guarantee the security, reliability or accuracy of this information provided to you by these third parties. Use at own risk. Be CYBER SAFE.

 

 0: Kimberley Shop reserves the right to nominate the delivery service based on your given order and delivery address. The shop will only allow you to select either delivery or pickup. We partner with many service companies, such as Australia Post, Direct Freight, Jet and other carriers or private delivery drivers and therefore your delivery may be provided through one (or a combination of) these couriers. If you require specialised services or assistance on delivery or, please contact us before order.
